Send Nudes

Anyone who knows me, knows I love a good nude lip with a nice dramatic eye. Recently I've been trying out different nude shades to see which one is the absolute perfect shade for me. Marc Jacobs Beauty sent me two of their newest liquid lip crayons in "Send Nudes" and "Night Mauves" and I've been loving them lately. I mostly love how easily they apply and how much pigment you get when you apply them to your lips. So far I've done two looks with both shades and I can definitely say, I'll be using these more often.

My biggest issue with nude lips is that I can almost never find a color that doesn't make my lips look either too pink or just straight brown. I always want a nice in-between color that looks like a true nude lip. My only problem with these lip crayons is how fragile they are. Me being a bit of a klutz I've already completely ruined "Send Nudes" because when I went to put the cap on, my hand slipped a bit and the entire top of it came off. Other than that, they glide on like a dream which could explain how fragile they are.

Regardless of the fragility, they are the perfect pink-ish nude for my skin tone and I think for pretty much anyone else's skin tone as well. I love wearing these lip crayons with either a simple winged look like this one today or dramatic smokey eye. With either look it completes it in a simple and classic way.
