How I Stay Fit

Today's post is going to be all about how I stay fit. If you follow me on social media or have seen my What I Eat In A Day video on my YouTube, you know that I'm not always the healthiest eater. I'm not the person who enjoys going to the gym or working out in general but I still like to look fit. The way I do that is using the 30 Day Fitness app and no this isn't a sponsored post. I genuinely use this app to stay in shape.

There are a ton of different challenges that you can do in 30 days that will improve how your body looks and you can target different areas of your body. I usually do the 30 Day Body Overhaul Challenge which focuses on a different part of your body every day. 

I usually do my daily workouts in the morning after doing some stretching. Once I'm done with stretching I go ahead and do whatever is on my app that day. Today I had to do 30 seconds of squats and lunges and a 30 second wall sit. There's a timer as well to make sure I'm not quitting early. While 30 seconds isn't much, it increases longer and longer with each day.

After I'm done with my 30 Day Fitness challenge, I lift some weights for about 15 minutes. Since I just recently started lifting weights, I'm only at 5 lbs. right now but I'm hoping to increase that gradually. When I'm done working my arms, I do some cool down stretches and then I'm done for the day. This entire process takes around 15-20 minutes out of my morning, but it's a great way to start off my morning.
