American Candy

This past month has been absolutely insane for me. I've been working on so many different projects and my music. I haven't been able to blog or film at all but now that things have died down a bit, I'm getting back into the swing of things.

This past Sunday has been my first actual "day off" in a month. I took it as a day to just hang out and chill with my mom and my little pup, Poppi. I did a lot of shooting for my blog and did some filming for my next Youtube video. Sunday's are usually the day that I spend just hanging out but today I went out and ran some errands to get things ready for the week. This week I've got a ton of meetings for other projects that I'm working on and some recording. I'm also planning on vlogging a couple days out of the week when I have busier weeks now so I can post some weekly vlogs on YouTube.

For my look, I decided to wear one of my favorite crewnecks that says "American Candy" on it from my all time favorite band, The Maine. I got this when I went to see them last summer so I'm not sure if it's still available but it's one of the softest crewnecks I've ever owned.

Since it was a little chilly but the sun was beaming, I paired my crewneck with some distressed torn denim shorts from American Eagle that are SO comfortable. The sun was out so even though it was a little chilly, I wanted to still stay cool when the sun hit me. To complete the look, I picked my favorite white classic converse. These are by far my absolute favorite shoes to wear during the spring and I just love the relaxed laid back feel they add to any outfit.

I decided to keep my hair and makeup simple. I just did my go-to simple bronze smokey eye and a pinkish gloss. For my hair, I had a serious case of bed head and so I just tussled it a bit with my hands and some mousse. This was the finished look. Hope you guys enjoyed this post!
